Juwairiah began her insurance career in 2009 with Willis Malaysia, starting in the Compliance Department where she conducted internal audits and ensured adherence to regulatory standards and internal policies. In 2010, she transitioned to the Broking Department, managing commercial classes of business across Property Insurance, Employee Benefits, and Project Risks.She joined SP&G Gallagher in 2013 and has been actively involved in client advocacy, integrating global services and insurance programs for various clients. Currently, Juwairiah manages the day-to-day servicing of corporate accounts, with a particular focus on the aviation portfolio.
