Mohd Hadib began his career in the insurance industry as a Broking Executive at a Labuan-based reinsurance broker, where he was responsible for property, engineering, and re takaful placements, as well as account management. Subsequently, he joined a local reinsurance company as a Property, Engineering, and Aviation Assistant Underwriter. He later moved to a local insurance broker, attached to the Power and Utilities Department and handling both retail and reinsurance businesses. Prior to joining SP&G Gallagher (SPGGIB) in May 2024, Mohd Hadib worked at another local insurance broker, managing the company's reinsurance activities. At SPGGIB, he is part of the Power and Infrastructure department, overseeing the department's retail and reinsurance activities.
