Syamsyul started his career in 1999 at the same well known international loss adjusting firm following completion of his practical training. Over the past 21 years going up the ranks throughout his tenure at the international loss adjusting firm, he has amassed considerable experience and expertise in the handling of various types of claim including catastrophic losses throughout Malaysia. He has been involved in handling various large losses involving factory fire, power plant claims, fraud claims, catastrophic flood losses, fidelity guarantee claims and etc. involving well known corporate clients. He moved on from loss adjusting to head the claim servicing team in an international insurance brokerage firm for 3 years before joining SP&G Gallagher to form and manage the Claims & Risk Department. His intent is on changing the claims landscape in providing clients with better claims handling experience and settlement as well as risk mitigations.
